Although an avid backyard barbecuer for 30+ years, something changed in 2010 after binge watching season 1 of BBQ Pit-masters. Instantly hooked, A fire was lit. I knew then I needed out of the corporate life and into the pit life. On days off I would experiment with different recipes, different smokers and different techniques. Only came close to burning down the deck twice but eventually started to figure out this barbecue thing. Friends and family started to enjoy my creations & encouraged me to see if complete strangers would feel the same way. Big G Foods was soon born and we think the results speak for themselves. Check us out here and see what true passion for BBQ tastes like.
