At Fat Man Little Kitchen we provide high end sauces and spice blends that are well above industry standard. We also have a business model focused on training, development, ownership potential and the utilization of talented, educated and motivated Indigenous people.

We have perfected a 100-year-old recipe from Jamaica and enhanced it with a modern and healthy twist. All our spices use Potassium Chloride instead of table salt to help mitigate the high consumption of Sodium Chloride in modern diets. This is especially true for Indigenous populations where high potassium traditional diets have been replaced by highly processed and ready to eat sodium rich foods.

Our products are created with all-natural ingredients. Utilizing Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) principles, we have gone above and beyond legislated food safety protocols in the production and bottling of our amazing sauces. With a lack of Indigenous food manufacturing companies in Canada, and Hot Sause is the newest and fastest growing food industry trend, FMLK wants to be the first company to do so by selling all natural, Canadian made, delicious hot sauce and spice blends in restaurants, retail outlets and online.

There is a shortage of Canadian hot sauce and spice blend companies in North America and we view this as an opportunity for growth and innovation in both the North American, as well as global market. We want to place a wholly Canadian Indigenous hot sauce and spice blend company at the forefront and change the world one spicy smile at a time.
