Reanna Lorraine Savard is a Cree/ Metis artist from amiskwaciwâskahikan (Edmonton). She works in acrylic and ink and makes paper sculptures. She likes to use her art to educate others on Indigenous historical and contemporary issues. She also likes to study the skeletal system. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Native Studies and Art and Design. She went on to hold an Indigenous artist in residence position at an Edmonton High School. Through her experience working with Indigenous youth, it inspired her to make it permanent. Reanna is currently finishing up an after degree in Education majoring in Art and Native Education at the University of Alberta.
