Rhonda Johnson is from the Treaty 8 Territory of Bigstone Cree Nation. She has been designing and beading for the past 20 years while raising her children. She completed Fashion Design and Apparel Production in 2006 and not long ago started her small home business under her label Acahkos Designs. She creates both traditional and contemporary designs and jewelry.
She is currently attending University aiming for a Design Degree now that her children have grown. Rhonda still manages her small business and has created a new couture line for Spring & Summer 2020.
